Water World Water Park Donation Policy
Water World is proud to support our community by donating admission tickets to select qualifying nonprofit organizations for fundraising events and charitable causes. Because we receive many requests each season, we ask that all requests follow the guidelines below.
Organizations Eligible for Consideration
We will consider requests from:
- Registered nonprofit organizations
- Youth organizations and scholarship programs
- Organizations conducting fundraisers that benefit charitable causes
Requests Must Include
Please submit your request on official organizational letterhead and include:
- Organization name
- Nonprofit tax ID (if applicable)
- Event name and date
- Purpose of the event
- How the donated tickets will be used (silent auction, raffle, door prize, etc.)
- How the funds raised will benefit your organization or cause
Submission Guidelines
- Requests must be submitted by email or mail.
- Telephone requests cannot be accepted.
- Mailed requests must be on original organizational letterhead (photocopies will not be accepted).
Requests We Cannot Approve
Water World does not provide ticket donations for:
- Individual or family requests
- Employee appreciation events
- Company outings
- School proms
- Class reunions
- Other private or personal events
Due to the high volume of requests we receive, we are unable to confirm receipt of requests, provide status updates, or respond to requests that are not approved.
