FAQ’s for Christmas Season Pass Sale

Can I pick up my pass to give it as a holiday gift?

Yes, we issue season pass gift cards in December on the days and hours listed above.

How long are the sale prices valid?

Passes will be sold at the reduced rates through December 16, 2025, and again April 1-24, 2026.

When and where do I pick up my pass?

Pickup next business day M-Th from 9-5 through 12/18/25. Pickup location - Water World office (the door to the left of the surfboards).

What if my child grows taller than 37” by summer?

The child will be measured according to their height at the date of pass pick-up. If they are over 37”, the difference will be charged at the time of pick-up.

Splash Cash

Ask us about Splash Cash, a waterproof, reloadable bracelet that can be used throughout the park! This can be used for admissions, at the Surf’s Up Snack Shack, Poolside Pizza, the Sweet Shack, the gift shop, and tube rental. Grab some Splash Cash on your next park visit!

  • Splash cash cannot be used for locker rentals.
  • Water World is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged bracelets, or any unauthorized purchases. These bracelets must be protected like cash.
  • All funds loaded onto Splash Cash must be used in the 2026 season, but the bracelet can be re-loaded in subsequent summers.
