Can I pick up my pass to give it as a holiday gift?

Yes, you can pick up your purchased season pass holiday gift card next day through 12/17/26, Monday through Thursday, from 9-5 at Water World.

How long are the sale prices valid?

This sale is the lowest pass prices of the season and it runs through December 15, 2026. These prices will not be valid for any future sales.

Where and when can I pick up my pass?

If you have purchased passes online and would like to give them as presents, you can pick up your pass gift cards at Water World through 12/17/26, Monday through Thursday, from 9-5. The office door is between Wade the peanut and the surfboards!

Do I have to pick up my gift card in December?

No, we will keep your information on file and you can pick up your physical 2027 season pass during our processing dates April 21-23, 2027 from 3-6 at Water World.

What if my child grows taller than 37" by summer?

Each child who has purchased an under 37" tall pass will be measured according to their height at the date of pass pick up in spring/summer 2027. If they are over 37" tall, the difference will be charged at that time.

Splash Cash is a waterproof bracelet that can be loaded with cash that can be used at admissions, at the Surf’s Up Snack Shack, Poolside Pizza, the Sweet Shack, and at the gift shop and tube rental.  Splash cash bracelets are complimentary with a minimum $25 load, and are re-loadable throughout the season. Splash cash can be purchased in-season at the park office.

Please note that Splash Cash cannot be used for locker rentals. Splash cash must be protected like cash. Water World is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged bracelets, or any unauthorized purchases. All funds loaded onto Splash Cash must be used within the season it is loaded.
