FAQ’s for Season Pass Extravaganza Sale

When can I pick up the pass that I purchased online?

Your purchased pass can be picked up either April 22-24 from 3-6, or the first time that you visit the park during operating hours.

Does everyone have to be with me for me to purchase a pass?

Yes – but only if you are purchasing a pass for someone under 37” tall or age 65+.

I would prefer to purchase my discounted pass in-person. When can I do that?

Discounted passes will be sold at Water World April 22-24 from 3-6.

Do babies need a pass?

Each person who enters must either have a season pass or a paid ticket. Passes for anyone under 37” tall are $15 for the season during this sale. Staff will validate heights when passes are picked up.

What if I didn’t (or don’t know how to) upload my photo?

We will snap your photo the first time that you visit the park.

Does everyone have to be with me to purchase a pass on-site?

If you are purchasing a pass for someone under 37” tall or age 65+, that person must be present at the time of purchase.

Splash Cash

Ask us about Splash Cash, a waterproof, reloadable bracelet that can be used throughout the park! This can be used for admissions, at the Surf’s Up Snack Shack, Poolside Pizza, the Sweet Shack, the gift shop, and tube rental. Grab some Splash Cash on your next park visit!

  • $25 minimum load
  • Splash cash cannot be used for locker rentals
  • Water World is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged bracelets, or any unauthorized purchases. These bracelets must be protected like cash
  • All funds loaded onto Splash Cash must be used in the 2026 season, but the bracelet can be re-loaded in subsequent summers

When can I purchase my season pass?

Anytime the park is open through May (or until passes are sold out).
